RETURNS

All sales are final worldwide. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Most of our products are Print on Demand and custom-made specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for size, color, or preference issues in any country.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at news@officialpoe.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.

Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

International Orders
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on location. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
